The Elven Vales were mentioned in the first chapter of The Adventures of Dragonet. Dragonet heard of them at the Adventurer's hall called "No Tresspass."
A wizard kills a rampaging dragon and finds a dragon hatchling in the lair. He takes a fantastic gamble- to raise a Dragon!
